By using the Convert Me application, you agree to be bound by this User Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

Use of the Application

Convert Me is a photo management application designed for personal use. You agree to use the application only for its intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

User Data and Privacy

We respect your privacy. All your photos and data remain on your device and are not uploaded to our servers. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property

The Convert Me application and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Convert Me Pro

By purchasing Convert Me Pro, you unlock the premium features of the Convert Me app, including unlimited file conversion. This is a one-time purchase processed through the App Store. As per App Store policies, you may request refunds and manage your purchase through your App Store account settings. We do not handle payment details directly, as all transactions are securely processed by the App Store. Your use of Convert Me Pro is subject to both the App Store’s terms and conditions and our privacy policy.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the application immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Changes to This Agreement

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes to this agreement.
