Moments User Agreement
Acceptance of Terms
By using the Moments application, you agree to be bound by this User Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.
Use of the Application
Moments is a photo management application designed for personal use. You agree to use the application only for its intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
User Data and Privacy
We respect your privacy. All your photos and data remain on your device and are not uploaded to our servers. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual Property
The Moments application and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
Moments Pro
Moments offers 5 export times for free, including GIF exports and canvas current frame exports. After reaching the limit, you can upgrade to Moments Pro to enjoy unlimited exports. Moments Pro offers the following subscription options:
- Monthly subscription: Monthly fee, cancel anytime, must cancel 24 hours before the next billing cycle to avoid renewal.
- Annual subscription: Annual fee, cancel anytime, must cancel 24 hours before the next billing cycle to avoid renewal.
- Lifetime purchase: One-time payment, enjoy all Moments Pro features permanently without renewal. Choose the plan that suits you and unlock unlimited creativity at any time! For details, please visit our subscription page in the app.
All purchases are processed through the App Store. As per App Store policies, you may request refunds and manage your purchase through your App Store account settings. We do not handle payment details directly, as all transactions are securely processed by the App Store. Your use of Moments Pro is subject to both the App Store’s terms and conditions and our privacy policy.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the application immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Changes to This Agreement
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes to this agreement.
